We are currently looking for an individual who possesses great ambition and has pride and a willingness to succeed in the hospitality industry.
Position Duties
- Enforcing daily and weekly systems and procedures to ensure a high level of presentation, hygiene, service, product quality, security and RSA policies.
- Full responsibility of the running and organisation of the bar
- Controlling expenditures such as Wages and Cost of Goods
- Writing of Front of House rosters and shift planning according to forecasted sales and budget
- Recruiting, Inducting and training efficient and friendly Team Members
- Performance management and conflict resolution as required;
- Performing administrative duties in conjunction with the Restaurant Manager (i.e. collecting invoices, Stocktaking and end of night duties.
- Effective management and maintenance of all OHS requirements;
- Working alongside and effectively supervising restaurant team members.
- Running service effectively and to a high standard.

- Exceptional administrative skills and organisation skills
