We are seeking expressions of interest for Chefs at all levels (Chef de Parties, Commis Chefs, Demi Chefs, Apprentice Chefs and Cooks) to join our Kitchen team at the Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley. 

You’ll have the opportunity to work in any of our 3 operational kitchens and develop and diversify your skills; creating fresh and on trend dishes in our RedSalt Restaurant, preparing delicious home-style meals in our boutique Lovedale Bar and preparing and presenting banquet and buffet services for the largest regional Conference Venue in NSW. 

You’ll take pride in your proven ability to prepare and produce high quality food according to standard recipes, whilst supporting the Kitchen team in delivering the highest level of guest satisfaction. Ideally, you'll have experience in a commercial cookery environment, and hold valid commercial cookery certifications. Carrying and lifting heavy objects are role requirements; hence you’ll be comfortable when handling kitchen/food objects, products and utensils. You'll have strong communication skills, and also be available to work nights, weekends and/or public holidays.
