We currently have casual and full time positions available for Emergency Service Officers who are looking for a rewarding career opportunity in New South Wales. As an Emergency Service Officer you will be part of the site emergency response team by providing first response to all incidents. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting site training and HSE activities.

Essential Requirements:
It is mandatory that you hold the following compotencies -

Ability to obtain a security clearance

Certificate II in Public Safety - Firefighting and Emergency Operations (PUA20613) or equivalent.

Undertake Vertical Rescue PUASAR032A

Undertake Confined Space Rescue PUASAR005B
-
HAZMAT Response
-
Render hazardous Materials Incidents Safe (PUAFIR306B)
-
Employ Personal Protective Equipment at a Hazardous Materials Incident (PUAFIR308B)

Occupational First Aid or Cert IV Health Care

LV Switchboard Rescue
-
Immunisations for Hepatitis A, B and Tetanus
Desirable Qualifications:

Formal qualifications in electrical, mechanical trades

Previous experience with fire/ventilation systems
