To be ideal in this role you will:

• Be seeking growth and achievement within a reputable hospitality brand 
• Be a team player as well as a hands-on leader
• Share a passion for healthy food and exceptional service
• Be confident in leading team of 15 or more

The right candidate will:

• Have managed all areas within a business including bar, restaurant and kitchen
• Have had previous experience as a Restaurant or Assistant restaurant manager for at least 2 years
• Have lead a high preforming team in an a la carte setting
• Be positive and energetic and have the want to drive this company culture. 
• Have experience in P&L and managing the business financials of a store
