The Wellington Hotel in North Adelaide is looking to fill two positions to join our passionate team.
Sous chef applicants must have extensive experience in a busy kitchen environment, proven ability to manage staff and costs and be able to work autonomously. You will be required to work closely with the head chef to create menus and daily specials.
Must be available over a 7 day roster.
A casual chef is also required for a minimum 20-30 hours a week. Must be qualified with experience working in a fast paced kitchen environment.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals to come in with fresh and exciting ideas. The successful applicants will be expected to undertake all kitchen management duties from managing staff and stock ordering to food costing and OH&S responsibilities.
Specializing in steaks, our hotel demands high standards, and our menu reflects that, from Australian hotel cuisine, to fresh daily specials. It is a fast paced environment that requires strong leadership to produce consistent, quality food each and every time.
