The family owned and operated Creek Tavern on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a positive and driven Duty Manager whose career is dedicated to all aspects of hospitality operations.
In driving sales and assisting to run a successful tavern, the applicant will have the following qualities and skills:
- possess an excellent 'hands on' skill set in cash handling, gaming operations, retail, food and bar service that delivers results;
- hold current RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers license;
- be well presented and have excellent communication, time and staff management skills with the ability to work nights and weekends;
- have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role and leads by example;
- good work references and stable work history; and
- be highly motivated looking for a long term career in a family owned and operated business.
