As Sous Chef you must be able to perform multiple tasks, whilst maintaining standards of consistency in a high volume, and fast-paced environment. This company offers industry recognised training programs and career development plans.
To be a great candidate for this position, you should be:
- Fully Trade Qualified - Cert 3 Commercial Cookery Minimum
- Experience giving direction and communicating in a fast-paced environment
- Basic experience with kitchen operations and functions
- Flexibility to work a mixture of days, nights and weekends
- Experience in American or global cuisine kitchens that produce a wide variety of dishes
