- Mon – Friday, 8am – 4pm

Purpose of role:
Provide café services to Blackmores’ staff and assist with food preparation, cleaning and counter service.

Responsibilities include:
- Preparation of raw ingredients including fresh vegetables, fruit and produce from the Blackmores’ memorial garden
- Prepare sandwiches and create food platters
- Mix and combine ingredients for daily menu
- Make coffees and breakfast items
- Stack and clean dishwasher
- Unpack dry stock and fridge deliveries
- Serve staff in a professional and friendly manner
Who are you?
Previous experience in a kitchen environment, ideally corporate, with the ability to operate equipment and prepare/cook food. You are able to make coffees using a barista machine, serve customers and use the cash register.
You are knowledgeable of food hygiene, friendly and outgoing, work as part of a team and follow instructions and procedures.
