A recognised and well-loved global brand is seeking a confident Venue Manager to assist them with their rapid growth phase that will see dramatic brand changes and a venue opening in the South Eastern Suburbs
We are seeking an organised, customer-focused Venue Manager, who has experience in establishing busy, fast-paced dining environments, and isn’t afraid of a challenge!
You will receive industry leading training and development to see you achieve great results in this role; so, to be successful you should:
- Have the ability to lead and be comfortable manage teams of up to 40 staff
- Have experience controlling labour and stock costs
- Fun, friendly and enthusiastic style of service
- Vast experience in management, preferably in establishing a new outlet
- Comfortable working to achievable KPI targets
- Be available to work full time hospitality hours
