We are seeking an organised and goal driven Assistant Manager, who has experience in busy, fast-paced dining environments, and the passion and enthusiasm to drive service standards now and into the future!
To be successful in this role, you should also:
- Have the ability to lead and be comfortable supervising large front of house team
- Have experience controlling labour and stock costs
- Fun, warm and enthusiastic style of service
- Previous management experience within a busy ala carte environment
- Comfortable working to achievable KPI targets
- Be available to work full time hospitality hours
