The Metropolitan Golf Club, one of the premier Clubs in Australia and located on Victoria's famed Sandbelt, is looking for Food & Beverage Attendants to join their Hospitality team.

Adding to the Clubs rich tournament history, Metropolitan will this year host the 2018 Melbourne World Cup of Golf. This outstanding tournament venue, with a contemporary $16-million Clubhouse, provides a modern, progressive, and challenging environment to learn and grow.

Working within the Food & Beverage team, your main focuses will be:

• Exceptional service to our Members.
• Setup and pack-down of function facilities.
• Waiting and service duties of both food and beverage.
• Follow hygienic food and beverage handling procedures.
• General cleaning duties, as directed.
• Adhere to Responsible Service of Alcohol legislation.
• Any other duties as directed and within the scope of the employee's skills and capabilities.

The successful applicant will be:

• Passionate about the Hospitality industry.
• Able to work in a team based environment.
• Able to work a flexible roster including evening and weekend work, where necessary.
• Suitably qualified, with RSA & Food Handlers certificates a bonus.
