The Branksome is a brand new Serviced Apartment complex at Robey Street, Mascot boasting over 150 apartment units. It is walking distance from the Sydney Airport and less than 15 minutes away from the Sydney CBD. This 4 star establishment is expected to provide the best serviced apartments in the airport precinct.

We are currently seeking for an experienced Full Time Housekeeping Supervisor

Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, as a Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring and maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene and presentation in all guest rooms, public as well as service in accordance to Hotel standards.

The role:

• Ensure high standard of cleanliness is maintained in the accommodation units and public areas.
• Supervise, manage and train housekeeping staff.
• Allocation of duties to the housekeeping staff members on a daily basis.
• Attend to guests’ housekeeping enquiries, requests and complaints.
• Report anything related to maintenance issues found in the guest suites for a prompt action.
• Effective management of housekeeping supplies (laundry, guest supplies, etc.)

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Proven experience in housekeeping supervisory level in a hotel or serviced apartments with 150 rooms or more.
• Experience in a hospitality environment in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a large team.
• Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Understanding of the Work Health and Safety requirements and compliance.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
