We are looking for a qualified chef to join our kitchen brigade full time. Successful candidates will be responsible for running our Larder section.
The successful candidate will;
- Have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or higher
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Show sound cookery techniques and the ability to learn new ones
- Have strong communication skills
- Work well under pressure
- Have a positive, punctual and professional approach
- Have experience dealing with food safety programs and OHS guidelines
- Have a positive attitude with an enthusiastic personality and most importantly a passion for food and cookery
