Mexicali at Nobby Beach on the Gold Coast is a popular, vibrant restaurant serving fresh, delicious Mexican food and cocktails.
We are looking for an experienced, flexible and reliable Front of House Manager who is passionate about customer service, good food and the hospitality industry and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar establishment is required.
Immediate start available. The position requires:
- Genuine enthusiasm for the dining experience
- Greeting, serving and engaging with customers with upbeat, friendly personality
- Ensuring up to date menu knowledge including beverage
- Having a minimum of 3-5 years hospitality experience within a busy environment, including previous experience supervising a team.
- Being passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and willing to go the extra mile to make our customer's experience a memorable one.
- Leading a high performing team, having a hands-on approach and a willingness to assist other staff as necessary.
You will need to be available to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends, and must be eligible to work in Australia to be considered for this role.
