La Maison Café offers one of Albury-Wodonga’s most exciting dining experiences. Their focus is on a finely considered contemporary menu that's amended according to nature's bounty sourced locally from Victoria’s celebrated Food and Wine region.
ABOUT THE ROLE
La Maison Restaurant is expanding and changing direction. As a result they have created a new full time Sous Chef position to cope with the increase demand on the kitchen.
They are looking for a motivated Sous Chef to join the kitchen team, with previous experience in a quality dining environment, who have an understanding of, and respect for quality food and produce.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experienced Sous Chef with a minimum 3-4 Years as a Sous Chef
- Ability to work in a busy kitchen (a la carte, function & events)
- Be quick to adapt and have the ability to work well under pressure
- At times you will take the lead and showcase your exemplary team player skills
- Must be an Australian resident
