We are looking for a fellow event lover to join our team to assist in partaking in a range of special celebrations. From conferences to product launches, engagement parties to weddings, birthday celebrations and a number of private events!

The successful candidate will have:

- A love for food

- A love for weddings & events

- Event and/or sales experience preferred

- Time management skills

- Self driven but MUST be able to work in a team

- Strong customer service skills- written & verbal

- Bubbly phone manner

- Approachable and confident

- A current VIC drivers license - as you will need to travel to and from events from our HQ in Clayton South

- Exceed sales targets and meet deadlines

- An eye for detail

- Xero software experience is a +!!

- Must be confident and able to use email, word, excel 

- Flexible availability - working on a rotating 7 day roster 

- RSA or willing to obtain

Key responsibilities (but not limited to):

- Taking ownership of one of our 3 brands

- Phone and email enquiries

- Liaise with clients' needs-ensuring the best planning and outcome for both the client and the business

- Creating running schedules with the client 

- Exceeding sales expectations

- Running events- be it bar or food - at times you will work with 1 chef only, other times a team of 6-8+

- Being the face and go to person for this brand
