We are looking to hire a duty manager with bar and gaming experience who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel operations. The duty manager will report to the hotel licensee and be based at The Matraville Hotel. You will be required to work a roster that will include days, nights and weekends and be capable of opening and closing procedures.
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- A strong work ethic
- Good people management skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards
- Sound computer competency skills
- Working knowledge of compliance laws
- Gaming machine operations experience
- Valid RSA & RCG
