Applications are invited for the position of head chef of a newly renovated, large kitchen, in a resort complex on Magnetic Island, North Queensland.
Applicants must have the ability to organize a small team, be able to order stock and create a sustainable and exciting menu.
Experience in the planning and executing of both wedding and function/convention dining would be a bonus.
