Local Pizza is a grungy neighbourhood pizzeria outside of Hobart right next to MONA, cranking out pizzas 5 nights a week. The vibe is casual, fun, no fuss with emphasis on quality sour dough bases and local ingredients. Local Pizza has been included in Australian Financial review's top 500 Restaurants in 2017 & 2018 and The Age's Good Eats 2017 & 2018 editions.
We are looking for the right person to join our business grow and to help maintain its high demand and critical acclaim.
Local Pizza has just been fully renovated, now with a second kitchen we will be able to expand offerings and push the boundaries of neighbourhood dining. We want you to join our team to take Local Pizza to the next level!
Drivers license and own car preferred.
Thurs - Sun, 40hrs, salary negotiable subject to experience & passion.
This job is a seasoned professionals dream! Work the best hours in the business with 4 days on and 3 days off. Expect to be out the door by 11pm latest!
Must have legal rights to work within Australia and intend to stay within the company for 2 years +.
