About this role:

We are looking for a professional Chef to be a key member in our kitchen team, supporting our Executive Chef and Head Chef in maintaining our systems, specifications and guidelines.

The successful candidate will employ their culinary skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our customers' satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will be:

•             Produce consistent high quality food, both in design and taste

•             Assist in the management of par levels, including the planning and ordering of daily food requirements

•             Assist in the preparation and design of our special events menus

•             Assist in the management and training of kitchen staff

•             Assist in ensuring food safety standards are complied with and enforced at all times

•             Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

•             1+ years as a qualified chef

•             Previous experience working in a large kitchen team beneficial

•             Previous experience within a fast paced, high volume venue

•             Excellent communication and computer skills       

•             Ability to keep calm under pressure

•             Experience with Beef preferred, but not essential
