The Durham Castle Arms Pub Kingston ACT requires an experienced Sous Chef or a Chef de partie familiar with fast-paced Bistro styled kitchens to join our team.
The successful candidates will be honest, hardworking, passionate about their industry, demonstrate strong communication skills and maintain the highest of gastronomic/OHS standards at all times.
The candidate will also demonstrate the following qualities:
- Experience in all round kitchen duties
- Can work independently
- Hands on approach in the kitchen
- Work well within a small team
- Calm and methodical demeanour
- Understand and recognise food trends
- Take ownership of kitchen and maintain impeccable hygiene levels
- No restrictions to working in Australia
