Criniti’s Italian Restaurant is currently seeking a full time Head Chef for our busy restaurant located in Cannington.
We're looking for a hard working, enthusiastic Head Chef with great work ethic, passion and an incredible culinary talent.

About you
You will have a strong work ethic and your personal presentation will be immaculate. You will be reliable and have the drive to succeed.
- Experience working in a similar role for a minimum of 3 years
- Experience working in a fast/paced high volume venue
- The ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
- Leadership and management skills
- Attention to detail & focus is essential
- A genuine passion for the Hospitality Industry
- A love for food!
- Efficiency of the kitchen and production of consistent, quality food
- Ability to work well as a team
- Controlling and directing the food preparation process and any other relative activities
- Someone who is results driven and can motivate a team
- Someone who understands the Hospitality Industry and the hours the rosters that come with the role
- Full working Rights in Australia ( Permanent Resident or Citizen)
