What will your responsibilities be?
- Creative menu design incorporating seasonal produce and trends.
- Assist the management team in establishing goals for the kitchen, and implementing profit initiatives.
- Cook in a fast paced kitchen whilst maintaining effective communication with the team.
- Monitoring and adherence to food safety plans and WH&S compliance.
- Assist in staff training initiatives and career development plans.
