After the success of our brand opening in North Sydney we are super excited about our next store opening in St Leonards.
Position available :
NORTH SYDNEY Restaurant/cafe Manager
1. 5 DAY ROSTER (Monday to Friday) - NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS, NO PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
2. FULLTIME SALARY PACKAGE + SUPERANNUATION + TIPS + ALL MEALS PROVIDED
3. JOIN A FUN + DYNAMIC TEAM
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Day to day operations of the Restaurant/Cafe
- Daily management and execution of catering orders
- Follow through daily to do list and action all areas of improvement for the business with a sense of urgency and matter of high priority
- Lead a team of approx. 15 staff (inc kitchen crew)
- A superior level of product standards to ensure the ultimate level of customer satisfaction (i.e. quality service & product, customer feedback, guest satisfaction, store ambience).
- Staff Recruitment, orientation, training & development.
- The positive interaction with both fellow staff members and guests to create a harmonious work environment
- Feedback regarding strengths, weaknesses is actively given, received, accepted and actioned
- Coaching and mentoring all staff
- Administration: Weekly reporting, stocktake rosters , labour, food & beverage costs
- Occupational Health and Safety requirements
- Special Projects as required
Skills & Requirements
- Valid Australian working rights
- Proven experience (min 3 years ) in a leadership role in the food and beverage industry, preferable to fast paced, high volume cafe & restaurant environments
- RSA
- Vibrant, enthusiastic and positive personality
- Passion for looking after people (staff, suppliers and customers)
- Passion for providing quality food
- Eye for detail across all aspects of the business
- Self driven and able to motivate a team to get results
- Great communication skills essential
- Collaborative attitude, adaptability and the drive to always go the extra mile
- Access to reliable transport to NORTH SYDNEY
