We're looking for experienced restaurant Managers (or Patrao's as we call them) to join our team and grow the businesses forward!
We have some great new opportunities for leaders with positive attitudes, great hands on restaurant experience and who love customers and coaching their team to greatness.

We are buildng new teams and we are creating a real customer focused restaurant feel. We have a team who know and love Nando's but they need a great leader, coach and customer focused role model. Someone who wants to learn, loves to coach, who is resilient, wants to build a great career and be part of a brand transformation.
In a nutshell, the Restaurant Leader, known internally as a Patrao (Patrao means head of the family in Portuguese) is responsible for the operational excellence of the restaurant, development of the team and exceptional customer experience achieved through a mixture of working along side the Nandoca's (out name for Team Members) and providing coaching, mentoring as well as creating and executing operational plans.
This isn't an entry level role, we are looking for the real deal!
On paper we will be looking for the following:
- Experience in a casual dining restaurant as a manager (think pubs, bars, restaurants, open grills and other casual dining experiences)
- Has led a team and been accountable for the development of others
- Someone who wants a restaurant career and a stable role they can own and work autonomously
- Has been accountable for inventory, rostering, team training and development in their career
