About the role
Head Chef - managing team up to 10 people. Jobs will include rostering, sourcing and ordering stock, developing and creating new menus and nightly specials including vegan items.
Cook - supporting Head Chef and Chef de Partie. Experience in Australian style menu and Vegan cooking preferred. Prefer degree in Culinary Cooking or hospitality.
Skills and experience
Head Chef - Experience in Australian style menu and Vegan cooking preferred. Prefer certificate or degree in Culinary Cooking. Minimum of 3 years experience in Head Chef role.
Cook - Experience in Australian style menu and Vegan cooking preferred. Prefer certificate in Culinary Cooking or hospitality.
