Mantra on View is in the centre of Surfers, offering hotel –style rooms and suites which appeal to a cross-section of business and leisure travellers. It has a pan –Asian food offering in its onsite restaurant, Nosh, and is also a leading conference and function destination, with state of the art facilities and theatre style seating for up to 550.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overnight operations of the hotel, including managing the night audit process, correctly posting all hotel revenue for the day, accurately identifying discrepancies, and producing a complete night audit report thoroughly and accurately.
This role will see you will lead from the front and empower your small night front office team to be the best they can be to deliver the ultimate guest experience. Your problem solving skills and ability to think on your feet will support you in this role.
