About the business
Warners at Bay is a Family owned Hotel, Motel & Bottleshop servicing the Newcastle and surrounding areas.
We are currently seeking a Full Time Sous Chef to join our Team.
About the role
Supporting our Head Chef on daily basis and the overall operation of the Kitchen in their absence.
This includes but is not limited to checking and receiving goods, supervision and co-ordination of Kitchen Staff, upholding current recipes and procedures and keeping standards at a high level.
Skills and experience
Trade Qualified with experience in a leadership position
Previous experience in all areas of a fast paced Kitchen is essential
Attention to detail
The flexibility to work a 7 day roster including public holidays
High level of customer service
A strong passion for the hospitality industry is a must
