VAT 116, the hottest new pub on the Rockingham Foreshore is recruiting for a new Assistant Manager (2IC)
We are looking for hospitality professionals with a minimum of 2-3 years in similar Leadership roles designed to support the Venue Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of high energy hospitality professionals.
- Can adapt and adhere to VAT 116 Standards
- Ensure elevated levels of customer satisfaction always
- Oversee operation of shift including labour control, and shift forecasting
- Ability to control costs and manage waste
- Successfully promote and publicize our brand
- Understand and adhere to all RGL and Licensing requirements
- Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
- Competent understanding of a Pub operation
- Confidence in your ability to train and develop your team
Requirements
- Proven working experience in similar position
- Demonstrate career experience in customer service management
- Crisp food and beverage knowledge
- Proficiency in English
- Computer literacy in MS Office as well as adaptability to our POS system
- Strong leadership, motivational, and personal skills
