Waitress/ Waiter /Floor staff
About the Role:
Located across the road from South Yarra station, this popular and well known establishment is ideally positioned. We are looking for someone who is motivated and possesses exceptional customer service skills. If you consider yourself a motivated, well presented & good with people we are looking for you!
Duties & Responsibilities:
Take orders from customers and help them when needed
Serve cold and hot beverages
Provide quality table service
Cash and payment handling
Ensure customer satisfaction at every stage
Barista skills are welcomed but not essential
Skills & Experience:
Approachable and have a sociable personality
Can deliver quality customer service
Show initiative, be well mannered and enthusiastic
Excellent communication skills, friendly and outgoing
Work well under pressure, and in a team environment
Able to multi-task
Experience in a similar position is preferable, but not essential
