JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Full Time
* Our client base is looking for knowledge and experience in both travel and logistics. Your role will be to guide them and create the best possible holiday for their budget and expectations.
* Booking flights, hotels and car hire and any special requests to worldwide destinations
* Dealing with telephone and email enquires
* Offering exceptional customer service skills
* Dedicated and loyal clients

Skills and experience
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* MINIMUM 2 years retail travel consulting required
* Thorough understanding of the travel industry
* Product knowledge
* Professional outlook and Initative
* Ability to meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis
* Excellent communication skills - Both written and verbal
* Extensive GDS knowledge - Galileo preferred but not essential
* Professional, self-motivated and be able to work as part of a team
