We are seeking an experienced Rooms Division Manager for this leading hotel.  Reporting to the General Manager you will have full responsibility for ensuring the successful running of the Rooms Division for the hotel.

Leading a large team, you will be a driven and professional Manager someone who works well in a fast-paced environment.  You will be customer focused and lead by example ensuring your team is equipped with the skills necessary to perform their jobs to the highest standard.  You will enjoy working under pressure and be proactive and solutions focused. 

Key skills required for this role include:

• Proven experience leading a large team within a hotel environment
• Strong leadership skills with proven skills developing others
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Customer focused and professional with a friendly disposition
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
