We are currently seeking an Executive Head Chef to take the reigns at I'm Angus Steakhouse, situated right next to the water in beautiful Darling Harbour
I’m Angus Steakhouse pairs the finest Australian beef with superb international wines and world-class views over Darling Harbour, all in a setting befitting of one of the city’s most awarded steakhouses. I’m Angus features a stylish alfresco dining space on the water’s edge and an elegant interior with rich saffron and burgundy hues and natural finishes.
We are looking for an energetic and creative leader. You will be required to mentor and develop your team, up hold the values of the brand while maintaining and improving the high standard of dishes across the menu. You will work alongside the restaurant General Manager to ensure the high standard of food and service is maintained and continually improved.
You will receive support from a proven and professional hospitality operations team who are committed to provide your team with everything they need to succeed. Our group also believes strongly in rewarding valued team members with the ability to develop their career and the scope for career progression for the right candidate is amazing.
You will have experience as a kitchen leader in a high volume venue, have a thorough understanding of kitchen budgets and also have the ability to reach and exceed expectations in regard to food cost and kitchen wage control.
