We are looking for a Chef de partie to join our kitchen team!

You will be cooking traditional home made, family style dishes as well as classic pub dishes.Our kitchen team have great fun working together, in a friendly working environment! We operate Wednesday to Sunday with the kitchen closed Monday and Tuesday ensuring work life balance. All team members are entitled to use the golf facilities at any time. Even during your breaks you can go and hit the balls on the driving range.
The remuneration is great for the industry and the opportunity to earn more is always possible for reliable & commited workers.
As Chef de partie, you will be responsible for the running of your section & making sure everything is well organised. Ensuring stock rotation, stock control and ordering, adhering to OH&S and maintaining high standards of service. You will be comfortable across all sections including Grill, Pans & Hot & Cold Larder sections. Function experience would be fantastic but not a must.
Minimum 2 years experience as chef de partie is required. We offer on going in house training and if our kitchen team members are whilling to learn new skills, we are always happy to work with them to develop their skills by offering financial support.
