The Talent Kitchen is currently looking for a casual Bar Manager who has great experience working in a small venue and is willing to jump in, get their hands dirty in all aspects of the venue and have some fun while they're at it. A Small Bar with a focus on gin and fantastic customer service needs someone who can step in and hit the ground running to manage the day to day operations.

The ideal candidate:

• passionate about the bar scene 
• has experience in a range of venues
• wants the chance to work in a great environment
• has an eye for detail and works well under pressure
• has experience with rostering and end of day procedures
• must have full working rights
