An exciting career opportunity currently exists within Crown's Food and Beverage Department for a highly dedicated Restaurant Manager to join the team at Sho Noodle Bar.
Located on the main gaming floor, the Sho Noodle Bar is at the heart of our entertainment experience and features chefs on show cooking to further enhance our patron experience.
You will be a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager with knowledge of Asian food, service and culture. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of Sho Noodle Bar enhancing service levels and supporting the team to achieve results. You will role model effective team behaviours and provide leadership and support to all staff.
What you need
- Proven restaurant management experience
- Asian language skills is highly desirable
- Ability to maintain a high standard of service in a fast paced, high volume service environment
- Exceptional grooming standards
- Must be able to work across a 24/7 day rotating roster, including late nights, weekends and public holidays
- Experience in motivating and coaching staff to excel
- Strong time management and organisational skills
