Full time Head Chef to start from 19th July.
The Alehouse Project is a craft beer venue specialising in speciality events and ales, we have an amazing opportunity for someone looking to bring their own style and creativity into the kitchen.
We are looking for people with a creative flair and willing to experiment with an evolving pub menu - current menu available at www.thealehouseproject.com.au
This position would suit someone looking to take the next step up in their career, must have experience with running kitchen's and have a sound knowledge of food costing's and operations.
Must be experience in fast paced pub venues, those with full working rights in Australia need only apply.
