Europcar Australia is seeking a dedicated and proactive Car Rental Return Officer to join our Maroochydore Airport team!  Reporting to the Station Manager this role plays a critical part in ensuring excellent sales and customer service for our clients whilst being dedicated to the growing success of the Station.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Meet customers on return and close car rental contracts in courteous manner
• Check vehicles for damage and road-worthiness using a hand held tablet device
• Achieve damage detection targets as set by management
• Assist with meeting Net Promoter Score targets by providing consistent high quality customer service

To be considered, you should possess:

• Exceptional customer service and sales skills
• Polished verbal and written communication
• Team player attitude and an enthusiastic approach towards your work
• Full Australian work rights
• Ability to work around a 7 day rotating shift roster
• Open, manual licence
• Experience working in a customer service/ Sales/ Retail environment
