Quest Rockhampton is currently seeking an experienced Full Time Receptionist.
If you have previous experience as a Front Office Receptionist or are currently employed in the industry and looking to make a change, then this is the opportunity for you.
Reporting to the Franchisee, you will be responsibly for:
- Assisting with guest and reservation enquiries
- Providing efficient guest arrival/departure procedures
- Anticipating guest needs and requirements
- Finalising guest accounts and cashiering
- Adhering to Quest policies and procedures at all times
- Working to achieve budgets and sales targets
To be successful in this role you should possess the following:
- Minimum 12 months previous experience in a 4-5 star property
- RMS experience preferred but not essential
- Siteminder experince highly regarded
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work a 5 day week over a 7 day rotating roster, including days and evenings, with some overnight work required
- A friendly and helpful disposition enabling you to provide outstanding customer service
