Patriots is looking for an energetic, hard working, and passionate Head Chef to lead their kitchen team and work alongside the general manager to improve, grow and take the food to the next level.
The Role:
A knowledge and understanding or a willingness to learn about
American/ Mexican/Santa Fe/ Soul Food American Style BBQ is highly desired but not a deal breaker.
You will need to have a sound understanding of wage and food cost control and have at least 2 years previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience working in a hands-on bistro style kitchen
- Uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation and safety
- Strong communication skills and a grace under pressure, and
- Excellent planning skills and the ability to think on your feet
