About the business
We are a busy fine dining Turkish Restaurant. This is a chance to work with Chef Serif Kaya & learn the art of Turkish Cuisine. Ottoman Cuisine is the most awarded Turkish restaurant in Australia.
About the role
The role involves making Turkish bread, pastries & desserts from scratch. Also assisting the other chefs with service of food and general cleaning as required.
Benefits and perks
We trade 5 days per week. Opening lunch from Tue-Fri. Dinner Tue-Sat.
Staff enjoy 2 full days off and a short Saturday.
Staff also enjoy free parking & great meals.
Skills and experience
The skills required are to have an understanding of: Turkish Pastry, Turkish bread, Turkish Desserts and Western desserts.
