We are seeking applicants with outstanding customer service skills who would like to interact with and nurture the airline's highly valued travelling guests. In this role you will provide a highly polished degree of service and guest care in line with the airline's service, promise and values.

Temp to Perm!

You will begin as a casual working for the airline until permanent positions arise where you can apply to become a permanent staff member. As this is a casual role we cannot guarantee the hours per week. On average you could expect to be working approximately 15-20 hours per week however during peak periods such as school holidays, long weekends and Christmas break you can expect these hours to increase. 

As a Guest Service Agent being the first point of contact we are seeking professional and extremely well-presentable candidates who love going the extra mile to ensure the customers receive the best possible experience!

You can expect to perform a variety of duties:

• Directing and greeting Guests as they arrive at the airport
• Assisting Guests with correctly checking-in using the self service check-in kiosks
• Adhering to luggage and safety guidelines
• Re-booking of flights and handling flight disruptions and cancellations
• Correctly and efficiently checking in Guests
• Assisting with special needs Guests

To be successful in this role, it is essential that you possess the following:

• Possess an outgoing, professional and vibrant personality at all times of the day
• Past experience with customer conflict resolution
• Maintain an impeccable standard of presentation and personal grooming
• Display a natural empathetic and approachable nature with travelling passengers
• Demonstrate superior customer service, preferably from a premium company in the airline, hospitality or travel industry
• Possess your own reliable vehicle and have a current Driver's Licence
• Be available to work a rotating roster over 7 days on a Casual basis - approximately 4- 30 hours per week, between the hours of 0430-2200.
• Be eligible for an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC), this includes an Australian Federal Police Check.
• Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent resident
• Please note that successful candidates are required to undergo a full medical clearance including drug/alcohol screening (at their own cost $214.15)
