- Proven experience in high end hotels or venues
- Exceptional presentation and grooming standards
- High calibre of customer service
- A valid RSA
- Working with Children Check is advantageous
- A current Food Hygiene and Handling Certificate
- Police Check or willing to obtain one
- Flexible availability with proven commitment
- Experience in a function/banquet setting
