On King St Wharf in Darling Harbour, Cargo channels a sleek and sexy vibe of the NYC waterfront. Relaxed waterside lunches by day, and notorious for its nightlife which starts off civil and always ends a storyteller!

Seeking an exceptional person that can assist with shift and people management of this local legend. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both the food and beverage industry as they will need to additionally oversee the operation of Cargo lounge.

We are looking for an individual who:

• Projects friendly, enthusiastic energy with a passion for the industry
• Manage a large team of staff and security
• Knowledge in compliance
• Oversee function roll out
• Has a passion for entertainment and music
• Possesses exceptional customer service and presentation skills
• Thrives under pressure
• Has experience in cash handling, till balancing and basic shift reconciliation skills
• Is serious about doing a good job, but wants to have a good time whilst doing it

Essential requirements:

• One year minimum proven experience in the management of a service-driven food and beverage business
• Strong food and beverage knowledge
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Experience in executing operational procedures
• Experience in managing a large team of staff on shift
