Boasting an open rustic fit out and a kitchen team that wouldn't be out of place in a hatted CBD establishment; the menu is delicate and concise and the food looks almost too beautiful to eat!
With recent new owners, the group is currently operating 3 venues and has grand plans for more on the horizon. As such, the role offers huge and visible growth potential for longer term development.
We are on the lookout for a people focused leader to take this customer centric venue's service to the next level. Suited to high performers with a true owner operator mentality; you will have natural leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, a solid premium venue background, and a visible passion for the industry!

- Leading teams across two premium venues

- Experienced at venue management level in a premium or hatted setting
