To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 2 years experience as Chef de Partie.
- Have Commercial Cookery Cert III minimum.
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
- Competent in all sections of the kitchen.
- Strong organisational skills and time management.
- Ability to multitask and great communication skills.
- Flexible availability.
