Our client is a Large Leading Venue in a Great Location and we are looking for a Venue Manager.The successfull candidate will have a proven track record in Large Leading Restaurants and Venues with the following criteria:

Proven track record as Venue/F&B Manager
Experience with Large Leading Restaurants/Venues
Food and Beverage Expert
Hands on Operator
Relationship builder
People Person
Trainer & Mentore
Team Player
Quality Driven
Innovative and Creative
Strong Leadership
Degree qualified in Hospitality or Business Management
Sound Financial & Business Acumen
Able to meet financial targets and set KPIs
Ability to manage and develop large teams
Guest Focused
Attention to Detail
Confident and effective communicator
Sound Organisation and Computer skills
Excellent grooming standard and high level of personal presentation
