Job tasks and responsibilities
We are currently seeking a highly motivated & proactive Chef or Cook to join one of our venues in NSW.
You will be responsible completing mise-en-place, serving meals, washing up and cleaning the kitchen after the preparation and service.
Skills and experience
The successful applicant will be confident in their skills, motivated to perform and will need to demonstrate:

Experience working in a hands-on bistro style kitchen

Uncompromising attitude towards high food quality,

Strong communication skills and a grace under pressure, and

Excellent planning skills and the ability to think on your feet
