We are looking for a full time Bottle Shop Manager to enhance our team as business is growing.

As the Bottle Shop Manager you will be responsible for managing the retail and bottle shop side of the business as well as the following:

• Ordering of Stock and managing SOH Levels within budgeted guidelines
• Providing regular reports to management
• Implementing and monitoring procedures to improve bottle shop operations
• Active implementation and adoption of approved promotions
• Staff Management
• Communication with various sales representatives for beer, liquor and wines.

About you:

• You will need at least two years experience in a comparable role.
• Excellent communication skills
• A hands on management style where you lead by example and happily get your hands dirty.
• You have the ability to meet and work towards both your own, the venue and companies goals and deadlines.
• You will have a passion for providing market leading customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
• You have the ability and flexibility to work rostered shifts which includes days nights, weekends and public holidays.
• You have excellent English communication skills both oral and written.
• Energetic and physically fit as some lifting will be required

Essential Qualifications:

• Current RSA & RCG.
• Qualifications in retail is an advantage
