We're seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Manager to join our team.
This role will demand;
- Absolute excellence in guest service
- Strong yet positive leadership
- Drive for results
- Excellent track record in managing expenses (wages / stock management)
What we value about you;
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar management role
- Ability to maintain service standards through peaks and troughs
- Adaptable to any situation
